I live in a One- bedroomed ground floor flat in residential Lewes., adjacent to the South downs, riverside and parks nearby. A stone?s throw from the centre of Lewes which is an historical and pleasant and practical town 6 miles from the sea and with easy access to all the main Cities, and towns in the area. Brighton and Hove, Uckfield , Tunbridge Wells .The port of Newhaven and the Seaside town of Seaford. Lewes also has its own railway connections to London the South East and the rest of the country.The flat also boasts a communal garden with individual areas for the tenants on the ground floor to cultivate and enjoy. There is a public footpath from the garden through into the town centre and its many amenities a 5-8 minutes distance away. The bathroom has been recently newly fitted throughout and has an electric shower , loo and wash basin. There is also a walk in Linen cupboard . The flat has two entrances .
