Two bed flat romsey

Hiya, I have a two bedroom flat situated in Romsey, Hampshire. It was newly built in 2015 and I?m the only tenant to have lived there. There is a very large main bedroom and second bedroom is smaller. The bathroom has a bath with shower over it and it isn?t an electric one so quite powerful. The kitchen is an open plan into the living room with plenty of cupboards. Storage cupboard is in the living room area. It is a very nice small block of flats that only have four other flats into it. I haves lived here for quite some time, no loud noises as quiet area and neighbours are brilliant. We are on the second floor but there?s not many stairs to reach it. You can have pets living here but not dogs due to no garden but there is a small amount of green outside the front. Back door leads to a massive car park where you have two numbered parking spaces that are yours. There is a large comunual bin and storage shed that is locked up and code needs to be entered to access. Moving due to health.
