All doors widened for Wheelchair. Down the hall you have a open planned lounge, diner and kitchen. Backdoor is in lounge that opens up to a patio area with high rise flower beds and small shed. Upstairs is a large double bedroom with balcony a really good size single bedroom and a massive bathroom with electric shower over bath. Carport by front door. You do need to qualify for our disabled home. Looking to downsize We need a wheelchair friendly 2 double bedroom bungalow. Must have no steps and a wetroom. Needs to except our nearly 18 year old son and pets. Ideally Torquay but would consider Paignton or Newton abbot.
