Home swap wanted

My home is situated in a very lovely town in Essex called Waltham Abbey and have a three bedroom home, end of terrace with a medium size front and back garden (40ft back garden mostly lawn with some patio) and dedicated parking outside the front door. Downstairs toilet and upstairs toilet and bathroom (new bathroom) and recently decorated. Large lounge and kitchen, which can fit a table and chairs. The three bedrooms need painting otherwise my home is in a good condition. I am with Home Group Housing Association and have an assured tenancy. Monthly rent is approximately ?640 per calendar month. I want a minimum two bed house or bungalow, with a garden, in Herefordshire, preferably in the Leominister area or nearby. I am moving to be with my girlfriend of many years, as she is returning to her home roots, in order to be able to support her and be near to her and her family.
