2 bed flat, looking for a house only!!

I have a 2nd floor flat in seaton newly decorated! New bathroom and kitchen also, 2 bedroom 1 is a big decent size and the other is a large bedroom! Shower over the bath, shared garden out the back with a park in the middle loads of grass and also gardens out front that?s closed in for taking your dogs if your not up for the open back. Schools close by aswell as lots of shops. In a culdesac that?s really nice ,quiet neighbours are so nice here couldn?t fault the place at all just need to be closer to family for my mental and physical needs. I?m looking for a house only!! due to my physical/mental health I?m struggling in a flat. Also have a dog so somewhere with pets allowed. I?m just looking for somewhere near or in the sheddocksly area so I can be closer to family and my support that helps me on a daily basis! I don?t do public transport or drive myself so being away from everything and everyone ain?t the best situation for me so that area roughly only!
