Two bedroom house in Bentley Ipswich

I have a lovely two bedroom house in the village of Bentley Ipswich. It’s is conveniently situated near the a12 where you can access Ipswich and Colchester easily. The house is council. It is a classic two up two down house with a utility room also. The back garden is large and backs onto a field, the front is gravelled and parking up to four cars. It has storage heaters atm which the council will be changing to central heating in the coming year. The house needs work doing to it which we are gradually doing. We have just had the hallway and landing re-plastered and both living room And kitchen freshly decorated. We’ve put gloss laminate flooring down in the living room and will be laying it in the entrance hall. Once the hallway has been painted we will be laying new carpets on the stairs and landing. The back garden has been dug out last year and we will be laying turf and shingle in the garden. Let’s are allowed by written consent. The village is quiet and friendly, there is a local community pub, village hall that has plenty of activities and clubs and there is a community shop also.
