Council bungalow

I live in a 2 bedroom bungalow for over 60+ which I've been trying to move out of for over 2 years now.It was initially in my mother's name but after her death I took over the property. Since then I have been continuously been pressured by PCH to move & I'm doing all I can but to no avail. I understand that I have to move being only 52 & I want a 1 bedroom apartment which allows cats. I will not accept high-rise flats. Sorry.
