So me and my family live in a 3 bed house with a really good location. We are a 10 minute walk from Kingswood, 20/30 to Longwell green, 2 minutes to a nursery, 7 to a primary school and 7/9 to a secondary of 25/30 to another. The house it?s self, is a detached house as you walk in you have a big hall way, to your left is a cupboard, to your right is a large front room that you could probably partition, into a play room or something. You also have a large kitchen with small diner, a nice size garden. Upstairs you have three rooms and bath room and master with en-suite. I am looking for practically the same location but a four bed, at least half an hour from the primary school.
