I have a 2 bedroom large ground floor flat in low rise block with only 6 flats in total. Three storage cupboards large living/dinner, shower w/c and good size kitchen. One double bedroom and a single bedroom. Communal garden. Nice friendly neighbours. Bus stops and train stations all walking distance and 10 min drive into Birmingham city centre. Erdington high street is 5min walking distance and has supermarkets, chemists, post office and takeaway restaurants. I want to move to Manchester for a fresh start and open many areas. I would prefer a house but willing to move to an apartment if low rise flat for the right home. Please no time wasters and no high rise flats. Thank you.
