1 bed flat on the 1st floor on Fitjohns Avenue Hampstead London, has a balcony, flat is big and spacious. I'm looking for a 1 bedroom ground floor flat with either a walking in shower or shower not bath and to have a small garden or communual garden that I can let me dog out safe to walk around and when I go out also.
Hampstead is a very safe place I have a carpark that is private to residents living in the area using it so if you have friends family or drive or need to use it for people coming to do repairs the car park is best to use no permit is needed to use it.
Residents in area are very nice no trouble with anyone here we all keep to ourselves.
My flat has a bath not a shower hope this will be ok! I am looking to move to a safe area and be around good neighbours not trouble makers or anyone doing drugs as I am a vulnerable adult with learning difficulties and physical disabilities who has health problems and cannot be around smokers do my health worsening.
I do not want a 1 bed studio flat or a studio I am looking for only a 1 bed ground floor flat thanks.
