Me and my husband have been tenents 5 years in our flat in minehead somerset near tiverton Devon 25 miles from taunton we love our flat but all mine and my husbands children and grandchildren live all over Dorset we have them stay but we are looking to find a mutal home swap a ground floor anything with a communal garden that would not mind pets. Or a private place housing association or council a bungalow or house or flat any way we live in a lovley flat large lounge brand new kitchen just installed magna councle limited have just painted all the outside of the flat with cream paint looks fabulous and nice and fresh we live in a cul di sac position very nice spot nabours are lovley here. We are in a block of 6 flats just 3 on the ground floor and then just 12 steps up to our onley floor a1 st floor and we have 2 very nice single guys as our nabours we have lived in minehead in other rented houses and onley got married 5 years ago so to move would be a lovley fresh start for us my
