Fair size maisonette in Nairn 6 Monitory

The maisonette is nicely situated in the Fishertown region of Nairn with 5 minute walks to shops and a 10 minute walk to the superstore Sainsbury's. The maisonette is placed 2 minutes away from the beach. Quiet area with easy neighbours. Only moving due to wanting to be closer to the city for mine and my partners jobs and university. I will put the good things and because it is only fair I will put the bad things in too. Electric and gas bills are combined and are only about 140 an month with is fair with the cost of living. CONS Kitchen is outdated but the repairment manager is coming out to assess the kitchen. Gas and Electric meters are located in neighbours front garden but grants access.
