We have a good size 1 bedroom flat a magna housing councle flat we have housing benefits pay all our rent to magna as my husband can't work he has bad health issues our rent is 300 .80 per month 75 pounds a week our block of flats is small and stands on its own there is just a ground floor where 3 lovley nabour s live and on our first floor there are just 2 we are in a quiet persition we arev20 minutes walk from the beach and the sea and buttllins here we have a bus that stops at the end of our street very half hour we have a communal garden but I am the only one that uses it mostly we have our own carpark there is a working steam train station in minehead that has trains that go to taunton very day. We look on beautiful views of woodland there are amassing was around here many good shops and pubs andnice parks me and my husband have been tenents here 5 years but our children live in Dorset and we are looking for a groundfloor with a garden.
