Mutual exchange my 4 bedroom home

I have a lovely 4 bedroom large house in the lovely village of Misson , 2 min drive & bus ride to Bawtry etc , in Misson there are lovely walks , schools , shops , pubs etc , Now my sons are older with great sadness but also great memories, we have decided we want to downsize to a smaller home & let a larger family enjoy the space this house has to give , with driveway that holds 4/5 cars, huge back garden with high private fencing , lovely neighbours all bought in our row of houses , 4 large bedrooms , two toilets facilities, one in upstairs bathroom and one also down , air source heating so no oil and gas very warm home and very cheap , We would like now to move a 2/3 bed new build in the Balby houses new estate plantation behind B&Q and also Behind Asda superstore near Doncaster race course , (NO OTHER AREAS) please do not ask if we want different areas we don?t ?
