Large 3+1 conversion semi detached !!

Hi swapper! I have a lovely 3 bedroom house in Calcot. Nice and private semi detached house. Large garden and and a conversion at the back of the house into a double room. Fitted to a good standard and has own window and door. I did this so my daughter could live there. Inside I have 2 large rooms with fitted wardrobes and a smaller single room. Lots of storage in this house and has a lovely dinging room/ kitchen. 2 bathrooms and a new fitted shower. There is a school across the road and shops are local. There are direct bus routes outside to the town. I ideally would like a 3 bedroom, but for the right house would go to a 2 bedroom. I would like to leave reading entirely as I Have been here most of my life so anyone that contacts me would need to be a serious swapper. I do not consider flats or maisonettes. I would like to live in Bracknell, tadley, twyford. Burghfield, Mortimer,, pangborne or Emmer green. Let me know if this is something you would like to view !!
