Looking to Swap

I have a 3-bedroom house in Barnes. I'm close to Hammersmith bridge by 5/6 minutes. Where there is a high street and a Picadilly line, District line, Hammersmith and City line. My home has a main bedroom, a smaller one and a box room. I also have a garden. I'm looking for a two-bed house with a garden in Croydon, Greenwich, Chiswick, Kew, Putney, but mainly in the Southeast. This area is leafy and there is Richmond Park, Kew Gardens which are close by, as well as local parks. My home needs updating, but you can update the house to your taste. I also have a local primary school across the road. I want to move because I need to downsize, and I also have the right to buy. I also want a property that has a right to buy. Thank you
