I have a lovely three bed house in L18 area allerton large garden at rear and garden at front of the property , house is tastefully decorated with grey laminate in every room , five min walk from booker avenue school , ideally I’d like to stay in this area but may consider other areas , my house has two sitting rooms and a smallish kitchen however it is big enough I don’t mind to downsize to a two bed preferably along Mather ave . L18 or spring wood ave L19
