Council exchange

I live in a 2 bedrooms house in brighton ,and because of illness I need to move nearer Somerset area. I need a bungalow with 2 bedrooms. I am disabled, and can't do stairs.I must have a downstairs toilet, as I don't have one at mine, but I do have a wet room upstairs. I have a dog who will come with me,he is no trouble. I have lived ed in this house for 25 years.and have great neighbours please if you can help me exchange ,that would be lovely. I need to be needed .y family. Ann pbillips
