Only want to swap to other council properties with right to buy (as mine has).
Would ideally love to have my own balcony or outside space of some sort, happy with maisonette for more space.
Georgian conversion on a lovely quiet side street within a few minutes walk of Angel tube/upper st (voted no1 London borough), Exmouth Market, 10 mins to the City on bike or bus (bike rack at the bottom of the road). 5 mins to canal which is beautiful for a run & coffee first thing. The two neighbours in my building are leaseholders, nice and quiet and hardly see them. Flat is neutrally decorated with cream carpets and walls throughout, new bathroom (with bath & shower) & kitchen fitted 10 years ago plus new boiler a few yrs ago. Flat has communal yard area that never gets used by neighbours, there are also two little green pocket parks at the back of the flat which are for all to use. Parking available outside flat. Seriously can't fault my lovely flat & just keen for a change of scene.
