3 bedroom house for a two bedroom

I am in a three bedroom house owned by north Herts council housing association and would like to down size to a two bedroom place in Brighton . I?ve lived in this house for 23 years now and it?s now time to start over. My two oldest children have left home now and I have grandchildren, but my youngest does still live with me hence needing the second bedroom. I do not drive so there?s no garage but parking spaces where I live are shared. I live on a quiet housing estate which was built in 1992. I have a small back garden, and there?s a shed . I have patio doors which lead from the living room into the back garden. All of the houses had new double glazing windows and a new front door fitted just before the Covid virus came about. There is one front double sized bedroom, and two back smaller bedrooms. There?s one bathroom / toilet upstairs, a large living room and kitchen. Outside shed by front where there is a gas and electric meter installed. That can be changed back to quartley bills.
