Really would love a seriously house swap

My home has Ideal sized rooms perfect for a family or multiple people. The street i live on is rather quiet but really close to a high street which is ideal if tenants may not be able to travel far or would rather stay close to home. It has easy routes to the city centre, which can be ideal for new comers. We have Friendly neighbours, i have been here for five years and haven’t had any issues on this street. My home is a three bedroomed terrace house, big sized living room space and dining room and has a big front bedroom. Aerial for downstairs and front bedroom is fitted and wiring is set for internet users. The garden is all trimmed and clear and the front of the house is also clear. The bathroom has a bath and shower fitted into it and is a nice size. Central heating is available, and the home warms up perfectly. All Double glazed windows and i am a Non smoker.
