I live on the outskirts of Bodmin in a lovely quiet rd of Bungalows. I have a nice back garden and two small front gardens. The sitting room and bedroom are both around 15ft x 13 ft. with a good sized fairly new kitchen. Nice bathroom in very good order. The property has also a large storeroom attached to the house. Gas central heating and double glazed. on a bus route. Doctors about 1 mile away. Town itself is about the same. We have a Morrisons daily and a spar at the end of the road. we are 5 minutes drive from Bodmin Moor, Eden project 15 minutes away. This is a lovely Bungalow and a lovely area. I need to get back down to where I lived for 50 years in the Penzance area.
