I live in sheltered accommodation maisonette ground floor, 1 bedroom, no steps or stairs. The area is extremely quiet but 3 minutes around the corner for all shopping needs, Lidl/Aldi, fruit stalls,station, loads of variety of buses, everything is there. There are parking bays, but require a permit, no pets allow, age group 50+. Central heating, double glazing, emergency cords and a wet/shower room. There is also a community place with washing machines, (if you dont have your own) facilities to hold functions I'm looking for a 1 bedroom, ground floor, but will consider 1st floor with a lift with possibly a garden, or balcony but am also interested moving to a property THAT IS NOT SHELTERED ACCOMMODATION. 1 bedroom can be a bungalow maisonette or house. Areas: Croydon, Woodside, Addiscombe, S.Norwood, Upper Norwood
