We have a newly decorated gff in liss, the whole flat was ripped out and replaced, new kitchen, new bathroom suite, radiators, electrics etc, and painted in neutral back in October 2021.
Own private garden, which we haven?t done yet but will start landscaping when the weather is warmer. Car park out the front and lots of road parking, block of four, so only one above. A play park at the bottom of the road, short walk through the park to local shops, doctors, schools and even train station.
We are looking for a larger 2 bed or 3 bed, we don?t mind staying in liss or going further down the A3 as far down as waterlooville. If it?s a flat we would want a ground floor with garden like we have now. We are not too fussy just need a bigger second bedroom.
