lovely 1 bed flat in Chesterfield wanting DERBY area

I have a beautiful large pet friendly 1 bed flat in chesterfield its a nice quiet area friendly neighbours the bus stop is not far it goes straight into town within 10 min of chesterfield which is more choice ya got your shops such as Primark/ New look/Superdrug/ etc. There is a local friendly shop near by to buy essential things such as bread and milk etc.. which has a post office. Their is a laundrette/ hairdressers /massage parlour/ DIY /& a very friendly cob shop etc. Not far is a local beautiful country park ideal for picnics etc its amazing in summer down there is a beautiful little lake and its lovely for walking in the summer evenings or cycling down there maybe perfect for a dog even :) Reason for wanting to move is I am wanting to exchange to be closer to family I have a Big family in Derby & some of those family members need me there I do feel as a eldest sister out of 5 of us. Plus I have no end of nieces and nephews in Derby as well as cousins. wish I could take the flat and area to derby but that is impossible really :( I have no problems with neighbours or the area its a beautiful area in Chesterfield the flat is quite big compared to flats in derby to be fair. I would like to exchange this place for a 1 bed house possible a garden mine is communal grounds but no1 has issues with any1 having a dog here so long as the mess is cleaned up you should not have any problems. This flat has hand rails in the bathroom its got a bath and shower hand rail I have often used them my self when I have lost balance on my legs at times due to my spine problems I cant exchange it for a bungalow I do nOt think neither because I am not 60 or over but would be nice to have a garden to help with my back problems in summer due to the sun as heat therapy which helps my osteoarthritis. I do want to go back to working but I am not happy in Chesterfield due to being isolated away from my family and split up from the ex partner now my daughter has grown up and flown the nest. I am wanting to move back to Derby and I would love to find a exchange in derby who wants to move to Derbyshire in a lovely quiet area which it is in the countryside :) thanks for reading and good luck in your search to hope this year is a more positive year for all of us and hope we find what we are looking for in terms of new housing :).
