St Albans Village to Devon/Dorset/Somerset

We have a 2 double bedroom semi detached Council house with RTB in Redbourn, Hertfordshire. Redbourn is a village just outside of St Albans. Good sized livingroom, kitchen and seperate diningroom. with large outhouse, can converted to an additional room and kitchen extended out into side of house. Redbourn is a lovely village, we are a 1 minute walk away from beautiful common. village has fab primary school with outstanding secondary schools nearby, doctors, chemist. We are looking for a COUNCIL only No Estates two- three bedroom house, possibly bungalow (no flats or maisonettes- sorry) as rural as possible in Devon, (I am originally from Sidmouth) but are looking towards the coastal areas of Devon into Dorset, Somerset Wiltshire and first part of Cornwall open to all options as had to choose a town. we do gave a lady interested in ours that lives in Poole.
