I?m currently living and have lived in for 20+ years a lovely 2 bedroom house based in central London (Bermondsey) close to amenities and roughly 15 minutes from London Bridge. My house is very reasonably priced for the location and boasts 2 double bedrooms, a very good sized bathroom and kitchen. It has a large living room and a private driveway with lots of free parking for more cars opposite the house. It also has a 39? foot garden and a ADT alarm system which will be staying with the house upon confirmation of swapping. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and is almost a get away from London busy city centre. The house offers secure tenancy for the foreseeable future which is a vital condition for a swap to take place. I am looking for the areas : Hornchurch, Upminster, Gidea Park, Brentwood and Harold Wood Reason for Swap is my son has recently moved to Upminster.
