2 bedroom second floor flat

We are looking for a 3 bedroom house or flat. Ground floor preferable with garden. Our flat is a second floor 2 bed. Front room and 1 toilet/bathroom and kitchen. It’s a perfect size for 2 people, Possibly a couple with a baby.. small garden is round the back up an ally between the houses with enough room for flowers or children’s play toys but without being an issue for gardeners as it’s a smaller size it’s easier to maintain. We have 2 schools across the street and another for pre school round the corner. Also a 10 minute walk away from bus stops. Pharmacy.drs. Vets. Train station and a parade of shops .. in the other direction for a 30 min walk or 10 min drive you have Tesco’s . Flat does need some more decorating and doing up but it’s a cozy little place. Will be sad to see it go but family is much too big for this flat now.
