This is a one-bed Sheltered bungalow in a quiet Cul-de-sac and you must be over 60. Small back garden, pets allowed, oil heating. Landlord is Coastline. Pictures on request. Very friendly and helpful neighbours. Mullion is the largest village on the Lizard in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There is a Health Centre and some shops which include a Spar, a Co-op (which has a post office), and a Boots pharmacy. The village also has a couple of pubs, a great fish and chip shop, some Churches, and both a Primary and Secondary school. I would only consider a one-bed bungalow, which allows pets, and need to be near Falmouth or Mawnan Smith to be closer to family.
