2 bed flat with own garden for 3 bed hou

We have a 2 bed flat (was a 4 bed house, split in 2, so we have the top floor). Own front door + small area downstairs. Large portion of back garden, and built shed with electric. 1 bedroom is large. 2nd bedroom small. Would be enough for a family with 2 children. All freshly painted white. Needing a 3 bed due to 3 children. Been on list for 5 years now and getting nowhere. Serious swappers only please. Would prefer to stay in south ashford due to school. Thank you
