Want Brighton

We found out in December last year that my dad has terminal cancer and isn't expected to be here this Christmas 2021 and once he passed away i want to move as too many memories here i want a change. I have a ground floor flat with shared garden I am looking for around Brighton and Hove area. See my list. Please do not message me if your not serious. I am not in a rush to move as i mentioned my fathers ill health. Then we have to sell his house. There could be something extra ??? if its the right property. My home is a shared front and back garden and the elderly couple upstairs only go into garden to weed the plants and grow vegetables. They would be my best gift to you as they are lovely. Very good area for pubs restaurants i live right in Clapham Junction. Clapham common is 5 mins walk. Clapham junction station 10 mins walk.
