I currently live in North wales in a 3 bed with a large room that I've turned into a 4th bedroom, I have a very large front garden and and a very large back garden, the bedrooms are very large, I live in a quiet area there is a primary school opposite the property and a community centre with a park round the corner, there are plenty of fields to take the kids and dogs, there is a bus stop right outside the house that runs into chester, rhyl Prestatyn and holywell, flint retail park is about 10 mins away for shopping, there is also a train station, I live around 20 mins from rhyl, there is a beach 10 mins away
