2 Bed End Terrace House

I live in an end terrace, 2 bed property. It was Built in 2008. It comprises of: Wet room & toilet down stairs, - this has disabled facilities Bath / shower over bath & a Toilet upstairs. 2 large bedrooms, one having fitted wardrobes, as well as the build in cupboards in front b.room. Back garden is slabbed, and has artificial grass over. Slabs in very good condition. also has level access. Front of property has a tasteful ramp leading to the front door and parking for 2 vehicles, small area of gravel stone. Neighbours are very pleasant and quiet, in fact the whole estate is very quiet. It takes about 10-15 mins to walk to the town center - slow, 2 min drive. 2 min drive to A449 road. and 10 min drive to Coldra Carpeted upstairs, vinyl in hall way with laminate flooring underneath. Lounge carpet will need replacing due to spillage of drinks (lemonade and OxO's) Stair carpeted and upstairs bathroom tile carpet. Downstairs wet room council nonslip flooring Kitchen vinyl. Only reason for moving is to be near to family/carers and looking for additional room for a disabled person. (currently sleeping etc in lounge as has a hospital bed, hence the need for new carpet and lack of opportunity to change it) I am looking for a minimum of 2bedroom bungalow but would prefer 3 or 4 house if large lounge area.
