I live in a 4 in a block up the stairs 2 bedrooms, very spacious, the front room has a big double sliding door wardrobes along with a cupboard and still lots of room & the back room is slightly smaller but with built in cupboard. Kitchen average size, bathroom small but has walk-in shower, and living room average sizing, loft acres to, Local to B&M, Lidl & farm foods, bus stops right out side, also the flat has secured entry, very quiet and friendly neighbours, the garden I paid to get it all fenced off in April 2020 for some privacy and it’s a large garden, gas central heating new boiler and new radiators. Reason for swapping I have two girls and boy and my eldest coming up 11 and she needs her own space or I wouldn’t be moving.
